I wonder what they screwed up in the control room or if they had a disgruntled employee messing with them.

That is almost worth doing just to see the look on their face. I live in a small town and we have a customer service outlet for the cable company here. There are two people that work at it and both of them are older ladies. Seeing their reactions might be priceless.

It happened during the superbowl for people who had cox cable. They offered a credit on the next months cable bill or something like that. I think it was something like an ex employee hacked there system and played a 20 second clip.
