where do you put the cassettes?
ZX Spectrum 48+
No cartridge slot? Where do I plug in my 300bps modem?
Would be OK if they sold them at a reasonable price...but 999 for an atom based PC is a bit much. Or 1499 for the i7
That would be fun to mess with visitors.
Great for people that want to relive the old days, when things sucked.
i want to play Epic again!
I'm all over this. I have several 64's and 128's in the attic that I am going to have to dig out now. Hope some of the disks and tapes still work ... And my fastboot cartridge!
Looks dope but overpriced.
I didn't, but I am thinking about buying a broken TRS-80 model 3 or 4 and re building it into a PC.
I've had Atari 800XL :pimp
Not to mention many ZX Spectrum computers :upsidedow |
That's badass................ I spent 6 years of my life on a c64....
c=64 for life, Neegro! |

If you come over we can connect my 1541 disk drive and load pitfall, ghostbusters or mission impossible, will only take 5 minutes to load, and if it doesn't work, we can still use my compact cassette player, will only take half an hour. :1orglaugh

The company that owns the Name and makes the product is a client of my father's company.
His partner, who manages the account got one from them as a Christmas present. |
Yep owned one, a 300bd and the future is NOW 1200bd modem, cassette and a Jumpman cartage... was a member of QLINK

Thats awesome, but way to much money. I remember a game that my friend had, you would upgrade your alien or whatever and it would go out in the wild and fight another hero. Well, something like that. :)
Remember this?
*,8,1 :1orglaugh Miss that computer! |
Peeking my poke :)
that's really cool. Agree about the pricing, they could've made it a bit cheaper - they would sell alot more if they did.

A bit pricey but a fun gadget. Might get tempted to own one because I have more than once regret I sold my old Commodore.
Still remember when my father bought the C64 and the very first game i got - Jupiter Lander. And when I bought 'The Final Cardridge III' so I could cheat in games etc. Those are very fond memories. |
I think I need to re-align my 1520 disk drive, again.

But the 3.5K of RAM the Commodore had on-board was too much of a temptation for me!! |
