PAXUM ignores support requests.. time to switch!

Paxum WTF - I cant log in to my account even though I have the correct pass and email.. After repeated attempts to use the password reset functions and many calls to Paxum support I think its time to switch to Red Pass or another company.

I have followed the instructions your India call center has given me... I have sent photocopies of my ID TWICE and the emails have just been totally ignored.

Your India call center service is HORRIBLE and I can barely understand anything they say, the audio quality is so bad it sounds like they are talking to me from 10 feet underwater.. what is worse they have no power to do ANYTHING other than repeat from a script the same instructions that are stated clearly on the site.

OK so its clear that Paxum doesnt give a fuck about anything except charging big fees for transfers SO who should I switch to? Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Please contact me and I'll look into it.

ICQ #233-854-608
AIM/YM/SKYPE - PaxumRuth
Email - [email protected]

For the record, we do NOT use an Indian call center. Our support team are all in-house, NOT outsourced.

Thanks,

Ruth :)

Nothing worse than when I used to call epass and get their indian call center.

SO fucking frustrating, I used to ignorantly say.. "LET ME TALK TO AN AMERICAN".

Howdy, Well do not swicht to Payoneer, they are horrible as well, If you send them an email they answer with canned spam, you answer it again explaining the same thing more canned spam, you send the third email and no response at all.

Trying to call them is worse,,

Redpass look great, they good people working for them, and they have a great admin page. It took me 15 minutes to sign up for a business account with the exact same requirements as Payoneer.. With Payoneer it took us 3 and half months...

The one problem with Redpass is that for now not many people are using them. I would suggest get a paypal account and wait for Redpass to have more people joined with with.

:2 cents:

fris 12-22-2011 10:22 AM

never had an issue with them

Bryan G 12-22-2011 10:41 AM

Ruth is awesome!! Always quick to answer me when I need support.

EukerVoorn 12-22-2011 10:49 AM

I never had any problems with Paxum and I was never hooked up with Indian people on the phone.

RuthB 12-22-2011 10:59 AM

I'm glad we got this sorted out and fixed for you adendreams. :thumbsup

RuthB rocks! :thumbsup:thumbsup

adendreams 12-22-2011 11:24 AM

Ruth did a great job fixing this issue. Thanks

However there are serious flaws in the Paxum support system that she seemed to want to blame on me instead of address.

Black All Through 12-22-2011 11:28 AM

I've never opened a ticket with Paxum, I have Ruth and Chris on ICQ and the problem is resolved right there.
ePass was a nightmare MichaelO was online 30 mins a day and their Paki calling center was a pain in the ass.

ajrocks 12-22-2011 11:51 AM

I've never had an issue with paxum.com. The support has been perfect. If you have a major issue you should always reach out to a rep. I guess you didn't do a search and notice they post here often and help people out?

Eyeball 12-22-2011 01:13 PM

It's amazing that after 'repeated attempts to use the password reset functions and many calls to Paxum support' the issue could only be fixed after it went public on a forum. And even then the rep had to come on here to let us know that they had personaly sorted it.

ZeroHero 12-22-2011 02:08 PM

paxum rocks , btw tnx for the cool gift too :)

RandyD 12-22-2011 02:46 PM

If that's the case and the guy still got patched through to an Indian call center, then you have a problem. :1orglaugh

Another pay thread by redpass...

AnimeFevers 12-22-2011 04:06 PM

I had problems with paxum duplicating payments I made into my account with my cc, I still haven't gotten that sorted out. Maybe a chat with ruth will sort it. I don't need help right now though as it's a busy time of the year for us all.

Let me just say this to avoid any confusion that may arise from posts such as the one quoted above.

Paxum does not use ANY outsourced call center for our customer support. Each member of our 24/7 support team is professionally trained, and has to pass rigorous security measures and other protocols before being given secure confidential access to client account information.

We take our clients security and privacy very seriously, this is why there are certain requirements that must be met when requesting a password reset.

We have a password recovery function directly on our site where you enter your security question, security answer and email address, and a new password is automatically mailed to your Paxum account email address. This is the fastest method for a password reset.

If, however, you have forgotten your security question and/or answer then we must verify that the person requesting the password reset is you, the actual client. Customer support cannot verify anyone's identity on the telephone, which is why the password cannot be reset over the telephone.

It may seem like a lot of steps, and to some they may seem annoying or unnecessary, but without these measures in place someone could potentially hijack your email address, reset your Paxum password, and empty your Paxum account!

We do NOT want that kind of situation to happen to our clients, therefore we protect our clients by putting strong security measures in place.

AnimeFevers, I left a message for you on ICQ. Please hit me up whenever it is convenient for you and I'll be happy to look into this for you. Thanks :thumbsup

Personally I have only had good experiences with Paxum so far. I haven't had any problems using their system. Chris and Ruth are almost always available. Every time I've emailed them (even when I pointed out a typo on the website or suggested a modification to their IPN), action was taken immediately.

CaptainHowdy 12-23-2011 06:27 AM

I just made out with my Paxum card ...

You do realise this is 2011 right?

I thought calling people from India paki stopped in the late 70s?

Still, nice to see people proud of their horrific racism like it's a good thing!
