in downtown they sell sandwiches with a very thin slice of mean, is double, they make you think is cow, but is horse, the horses that died at the races a couple of blocks away :winkwink:

i had few times horse meat in form of sausage in front of me, but never tried it, i cant eat that

Don't they breed horses for meat in the US? Here in Europe it's getting common, you see many horses here in the French greenlands and I'm afraid most aren't for riding but for slaughtering and eating. And someone asked what horse tastes like... I only ate horse saucage when I was younger and I remember it tastes a bit stronger than cow.
