He does make sense to his fellow Dutchmen. Yes in Holland you call your best friend "dumb cancer dog" and the whore that didn't give you good value for money you call a "cancer whore". For foreigners this is hard to understand but the Dutch also don't understand many of the foreigners. Holland is the most tolerant country in the world IMO, the humor of the Dutch is very dark, extreme and open minded, stuff Howard Sterns says in his show at 3am and you talk about for days in the US is completely normal thing in Dutch media at any time of the day.
