iPhon users - post your daily ski stats...
 

OK, I found a cool app - search for "la plagne" in the app store, forget about all the stuff which is related to the french resort "la plagne", but click on "my Ski" - in there you can record lots of fun shit!

Here are my stats for today - I won't be able to clock up much as I'm skiing with my 9 yr old in the morning and then him and the 6yr old in the afternoon. Today, the two of us clocked up 78km/h as a best speed, and 34.6km in a total of 7 descents.

I have no idea how it logs these things, but watching the altitude as we went up the ski lift, it is damn accurate! This is what an iPhone is made for - useful stats....

There is damn useful stuff like locate my buddy, and the gps coordinates to forward for an emergency call, should you be so unlucky to have to use that....
