The main method of the implementation of the aforementioned Law and the related regulations is the notice and takedown method since the main aim of these regulations is to have the content provider to remove the illegal content, but not to deny access to the whole website. In this respect, we have received reports about the content on the URL(s)listed at the end of this email/document Since such internet content is prohibited in Turkey, we kindly request you to remove this content or to BLOCK the access to this content from Turkey. We look forward to your assistance in fulfilling our duties with respect to the requirements of the aforementioned Law. It will be highly appreciated if you could return back in one week time. Kind regards, ?nternet Regulations Department Communications Presidency Information and Communication Technologies Authority *insert my URL here* Now, all of the content on my site is promotional content legally obtained. There is no CP or drug use or anything like that... should I do anything about this? Thanks... |
