Did you lose or gain weight over Xmas?

I lost some, just the disruption to my normal eating schedule and I lost a kilo. Still not worried, still a lovely slim youngster. :thumbsup

Neither lost nor gain weight, stay the same

ottopottomouse 12-28-2011 04:30 AM

Better things to do than constantly weigh myself.

ArsewithClass 12-28-2011 04:38 AM

About the same weight after 2 whole turkeys & 2 whole ducks... well, It's nearly all polished off & Natalie ate a third of it :winkwink:

Reason were about the same weight is that we end up screwing it off over bottles of bubbly :thumbsup

I gained - More food - More Alcohol (Yes, even for me, thats actually possible) and less exercise...

So its to be expected. Not worried about it though, it will be gone within a month or so, of the new year :)

WTFBucks 12-28-2011 04:45 AM

Why is there no stay the same option?

I gain weight at first, then I lose it dancing and partying on holidays

Does gaining a few more pounds make a big difference for you? :)

Who said it was a 'few'? I'm talking multiples of 20... My scales are not able to weigh lesser amounts. Remember, what you cant see in that pic, is that I am nearly 6 and half feet tall...

I'm somewhat 'Big Boned' :winkwink:

Yeah, same as every year but I don't stress it because I always lose it..

GayBunny 12-28-2011 10:39 AM

I pretty much stayed the same, just saved my appetite during the day for the parties at night.

If you don't gain weight over xmas, you have serious problems.

Why is that? One does not have to be a glutton just because it is Christmas. You do not have to eat candy and cake just because it is Christmas. Yes, you do have to eat pie, but pie is not fattening.

Just have a sensible meal once in a while.

Yeah, sometimes you have to take the initiative. To be honest, we did not juice on Christmas day, that was the 24th or 26th.

Christmas Dinner was more like
