So how many of you webmasters have a vitamin D deficiency?
 

My blood tests were all good apart from a minor vitamin D deficiency...

My friend who lives in the city and is an analyst just got diagnosed the same thing

I have a vitamin B and W deficiency, not enough beer and whiskey in my diet. and an ample supply of vitamin NG(nagging girlfriend)

Possibly, I do seem to be ageing at a slower rate than my friends. The lack of sun helps keep the wrinkles away? :)

Pretty sure I get plenty of D. Between motorcycles and photographing events I get a lot of sun. Maybe too much.

most people inland and live in a cold winter climate don't get enough vitamin d... step up the fish and milk and it will make a difference though.

Ironically enough, I live in Miami, with a place on the water, and between the convertable and weekends on the boat, I definitely get enough sun!. LOL
