I can't find ACH withdrawal in my account. I only see wire transfer.

Our EFT option is temporarily offline due to an issue with the 3rd party provider we were using for the service. We are in the process of testing a new provider and we hope to have EFT services back online very soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Could you check support tickets again?? I'm unable to transfer from wallet to my prepaid Mastercard.

I keep getting the same error:

"Single transaction amount limit exceeded. Please enter a correct value for Amount field."

Even when Y try smaller amounts (I.E. 100$)
