Yes I'm pimpin again!!! I decided to take the job as manager of AFSC and started by knocking out some of the issues with customer service, delivery, and payment methods? I also want to build up inventory with content you guys want, add more studios, create more features, you name it, you think of it, I?ll work to get it done?
I start taking over all aspects of customer service for Adult Film Star Content on January 9, Monday? So I thought I would jump out and get some feedback now? I?ve heard of a few issues or complaints about customer support, shipping? but nothing that I haven?t already fixed or will fix as it comes up?Every single company faces issues and/or problems on a daily bases, but it?s how they handle and fix these issues that makes or breaks them? You all know my experience in customer service/sales? I?ve been around since the beginning of the end of the best years of GFY? LOL I have worked with almost all of you when I was handling Lensman?s customer service/sales, and as you know I?ll always be there, I?ll stay on top of anything you need until you are satisfied... :pimp |

A bit too late for AFSC, they suck ass, ordered once, didn't get all the promised content, wont order again after that bad experience, I mean how hard is it to put all content on a harddrive instead of half...

I think you somehow managed to miss all the drama with that odd content working there, best thing to do is probably to kill the company and start a new one fresh with a new name and then hire someone to front them not hire someone before they get rid of the old name...
French fries at mcd is a bit cheaper than ordering a harddrive full of content so I'll just go ahead and warn everyone I see in these threads to stay away and not get ripped off. |

I'm happy to see you are being honest and upfront about AFSC. I believe I was one of AFSC's first customers, and I spent a few thousand dollars or so purchasing content from them. While the content was great, the experience was not always a good one. Everyone was well-meaning and nice, but the internal processes were not there and my orders took way too long to process (and then they were still screwed up, missing files, missing docs, etc). I'm quite satisfied with the quality of the content that I purchased in the past from AFSC, and it sounds like you have made improvements, and are committed to creating a much better system, so I'll take another look and give AFSC another chance... don't know about their past, but anyone who likes GFY should know whenever Loryn gets involved with a company it does well, as she was involved at the beginning of GFY.....and you all seem to like this place....

Does anyone else find it ironic that Loryn or her previous employers (I think, correct me if I am wrong) got taken by some fake producer in Florida for some 40-thousand odd dollars on a bogus content deal and now she is in charge of the content company with the most negative threads about it in GFY history for not delivering what was ordered?
I mean for crying out loud, it's not like the previous people running AFSC even had to spend money to shoot new content custom for their customers. All they had to do was organize the exisiting content, docs and paperwork and send them to whoever purchased and they couldn't even get that straight on all the previous tries according to many complaints posted here. |
