Just got an email from a member
 

Ya know...its not every day you get nice emails from happy customers. Here is one I just got and its got me all excited to get back to work again, though I was really feeling exhausted this week.

"HELLO. BEFORE A FEW MONTHS I ORDERED A FEW MOVIES OF TATYANA FROM DNBOKSTORE. BEFORE 2 MONTHS I DECIDED TO TRY YOUR SITE.YOU HAVE THE BEST ART EROTIC SITE IN THE WORLD.TATYANA AND AMANDA ARE MY FAVORITES BUT I LOVE ALL THE MOVIES-THE QUALITY IS PERFECT.THIS IS NOT LIKE MOST OF THE PORN SITE.THIS IS A SITE WITH RESPECT TO WOMAN BODY.THE INTERVIEWS ARE SO IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE MODEL MORE THAN JUST HER BEAUTIFUL BODY.I AM SURE THAT I WILL BACK TO MEMBERS AREA LATER.I HOPE THAT IN THE NEXT TIME THAT I WILL BE A MEMBER AT YOUR SITE I WILL SEE A NEW GYM MOVIES...NEW DANCE MOVIES...NEW GIRLS.THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR MOVIES."

I can forgive the guy for writing in all caps, figured english is his second language or something. Anyways, I bet everyone out there knows what I mean about it changing your drive for the better when you get some on-the-spot fan mail that actually affirms what you are trying to do...god only knows what really goes through our customers minds as they enjoy all our stuff...right?!

It means you are doing something right, most of the time businesses tends to get complaint rather than praise messags.

The last member email I got was from a poor guy would couldn't figure out how to scroll down his browser.

Oddly, I've had a couple of these types over the years. No idea how they actually make it through a tour and join, but they do.

A few member mails before him, a member wanted to know why the photos didn't play like the videos did.

He's just waiting for you to say thanks for the message before he does a chargeback :1orglaugh

YES! That would be the bulk of it.... :1orglaugh I really love the emails I get asking how much it would cost to get a model in person, or for their personal contact info...jeez

No doubt... I actually have been bitching lately about a chargebacks, we normally dont have many, but for some reason I got two chargebacks from sales done in the US on christmas eve...go figure! Ive got an automated system that asks the person in an email why they requested a chargeback and only one said his son stole the credit card...yeah :pimp
