Cleaner lungs, buffer right arm. What's not to like? :)

I've been smoke free for 7 years now. Had a couple of 1 day relapses 5 years ago but am okay now.

It's a hassle quitting so hats off to those embarking on this journey. It's well worth it though.

Chosen 01-08-2012 07:23 PM

I quit smoking twice for a year at a time, problem is I smoke a reef now and then.I over compensated smoking more reefs so unless I stop the reefer,I smoke. We all have our vices

GayBunny 01-08-2012 11:13 PM

Congrats, i'm going on 3 years now...my addiction moved to food now, gain nearly 15 pounds and i'm pretty active myself. I run and play sports, i can't imagine how much weight i would gain if i wasn't so active.

blonda80 01-09-2012 02:12 AM

This is great, congrats!
I quit any form of nicotine since 2 March last year. I gain few kg but I am fighting with them. Life is better now!

CurrentlySober 01-09-2012 02:49 AM

Shall we all have a 'whip round', and send you a pack?

symtab 01-09-2012 06:57 AM

Sophie Delancey 01-09-2012 10:51 AM

It's normal - since I don't smoke my wife comes to me more often for a kisses on mouth.
That lead to less blowjobs. That leads to masturbations... so it's normal.

AdultNames 01-09-2012 11:58 AM

Congrats Everyone who managed to quit!!

I have been trying to quit (cigs and 420), but when I try, I eat so much more-and that is not munchies. lol And with no smoking, there is more eating and more money wasting activities to keep you busy...

So i smoke instead

It will reverse course in about 10 more years... and then double again in another 10...

I was going strong for about 3 weeks until Saturday because I went out for drinks. Some people wake up opening one eye to make sure they're alone... I woke up and peeked and I had a half smoked pack of ciggies on the pillow next to me.

So, what can ya do? I started over... thank God for the patch!

kristin 01-09-2012 04:12 PM

Good for you!

webair 01-09-2012 04:16 PM

Nice man congrats! How's the Izzzzzzzzz?

lucas131 01-09-2012 04:21 PM

good for you! have been smoking 10 years 20+ cigs daily, stopped for 4 months, started again for 2 years, stopped for 8 months, started again for 1,5 year, now 8 months again and will never smoke again, as i will never smoke any cigarette again. the most important part is to not take cigarette to your mouth again, then you have won! :thumbsup have luck everyone, shame i have no similar luck with alcohol also ...

Barry-xlovecam 01-09-2012 04:23 PM

Congratz :thumbsup

I stopped smoking 2.4 years ago -- nicotine fits stopped in about 2 years ...

Find something else to hold in your hand :P

Juicy D. Links 01-09-2012 05:36 PM

Yeah i gained weight but I think it more due to lack of exercise and my thyroid issues

MrMaxwell 01-09-2012 05:39 PM

That is the best thing anyone can ever do for themselves - stop smoking.

I am still a nicotine addict over here but so glad I got an E-Cig.... They are amazing. Plus, my father was all but dead when he switched to e-cigs and he's 100% better now. I think he'd be dead without them.

Remember when you're a year off or twenty years off ... many people take one drag or one cigarette years later and the addiction is right back in your face again ... Congratulations on being a free man !!!

It is that first one that gets you :) Next time when you're about to have the first, ask yourself if you want the thousands that may come with it. With alcohol AND smoking some times "just one" is "a thousand more"

One is always too many and a thousand is never enough.. :thumbsup

The E Cig is what helped me.... was using it with no nicotine then one day just gave that up and haven't looked back..

INever 01-09-2012 07:44 PM
