I need someone to convert all my .wmv videos to flash for me.
I have wowza setup on my server.
All the videos reside up on my server so you can convert them on the server if its easier for you or you can bring them down - convert them on your end - then upload back up if you want.

Here's the number of videos in the members area:
340 full length wmv videos
87 .wmv older videos that are cut in half
23 really old videos that are cut into thirds (15 are in .wmv format and 8 are in real media .rm format)

Convert them to mp4 and put them in a Flash player like JW Player. That way they will also play on mobile devices.
