Who are the grunt workers here?
 

Need someone for blog updating.

You need to give more details-blog updating can be how you need to upgrade your blog script to latest version,or how you need sometime to write blog posts.

Write blog posts, with pics and/or embedded videos. Obviously don't feel like hand holding someone.

Thats a tricky one because usually grunt workers aren't from the USA or UK, so their English isn't that good. The best is to get a good writer + a grunt worker who will update your blogs with that content.

Im in on this as well, I have lots of grunt workers, need a good writer and have no idea of were to look, had no luck in yellow pages.

Exactly. Pay a little more for catchy descriptions and engaging content selection. Pay grunt rates for inputs, tagging, social bookmarking, and SEO follow on work.
