Plugrush traffic trading
 

How are you supposed to know you're not being cheated?
I'm blocking more trades than I'm allowing just due to huge discrepancies between Plugrush's numbers and Google Analytics plus my ad impression stats from ad networks.
I understand there's a margin of error but when one site on Plugrush supposedly sends 200ish hits per day and Google shows 1 or 2 hits, something is fishy.

I'm not accusing Plugrush of anything but there's a hell of a lot of shady sites on there.

And what else you can expect from automated trading system?Lulz.

Well as soon as I put the widget up on a site to test it on a lower traffic site, I sent like 14 hits and got about 1200 hits right back, all Chinese, Vietnamese and Indonesian. It was like a reverse geo-filter.

It's not all shady sites, I know I'm not cheating, but you need to be vigilant with blocking trades.

Their system is suppose to send you the same tier traffic that you send them. So if you send USA/Canada You should be getting back the same. If you just want it for trading I HIGHLY suggest you turn off the selling part because they will sell all your tier one traffic leaving you with the garbage.

That doesn't sound right. Let me know what sites you feel are showing wrong in analytics, and I'll look into them. We have advanced cheat/proxy detectors to prevent these things, but all systems can be cheated. We try our best to improve so we can prevent people abusing the system, and often manually look at site stats to see if things seems fishy.

In google analytics, you can also view plugrush stats for individual sites sending you traffic through plugrush.

That can be good advice if you only want to trade traffic, and not sell any of it.
We don't only sell your good traffic. We try to sell traffic from all geo's, but some countries are easier to sell than others, and some sites do have an awful lot of traffic from bad countries. But regardless, we only sell max 50% of traffic from each country at the moment.

I don't want to call anyone out in public because I don't know for a fact that any of those sites are doing anything wrong.
All I know is that there's a big discrepancy between my numbers and what some sites supposedly send through the widget.

I made a big round of blocks and I'll see if things improve. I'd recommend anyone check their referral stats and look at the trades sending them unusual (good or bad) traffic numbers and compare that to your analytics.

well...i didnt notice anything wrong when i checked my stats yesterday, maybe im using gallery trading and your using regular plug trading ?

only weeded out some high bounce sites (around 35% and above)
