Mainstreamers: Anyone use mgid.com ? (also a picture of my penis)
 

While I usually stay far away from anything involving traffic exchanges this has piqued my interest and I might try it out on some non vital sites of mine.

I see it in use on some high traffic sites that seem to be run by people who know what their are doing, however I am concerned that it might negatively impact my SE rankings in the long run.

It will of course increase the bounce rate, any other negatives you can see?

Yep sounds like it. They do have some "classier" content too though, depending on niche I guess.

Some of the sites I have been looking at have roughly 30% of their traffic coming from this exchange (well according to alexa anyway:upsidedow)
