I am looking for a software solution where I can feed an audio file in one end, and it shits out text.

Any ideas?

I dunno if they have a PC flavor, but I am assuming they might?

Their iPad offering bearing the same name is one of the most accurate speech to text application I have ever used .... I use it quite a bit.

It wont be accurate though with random audio files, unless you are the one that is recorded and you've trained it to your voice.
