Photoshop 7 "ACTIONS" Help!

I had Photoshop 7 on one machine that lost the motherboard. The drives were ok, but in the new PC I had to re-install Photoshop 7 again. I had a set of "ACTIONS" that I used to process images, however over time I deleted many actions from the original build and added new actions to the set. Now that I have re-installed Photoshop 7 on the new machine, I recovered my original action file (*.ATN) from the the first computers drive and copied it over to the new machine. Unfortunately all the changes I made (which were auto-saved every time Photoshop was shut down and re-loaded every time Photoshop would restart) are now gone and the original set of actions from the very first build is there. I even went as far as deleting the entire Photoshop folder in my new C:drive and replacing the the entire Photoshop folder from the first drive that used to be my original C:drive on the old machine. Still no updated actions... still the original build. Is there any way to recover the latest build of actions that are auto-saved in Photoshop every time it is shut down from when I used Photoshop in my previous machine? I have performed a search using the query; search:*ATN and only that one file (the original build) was found on my old drive. The settings for all actions updated each time Photoshop is closed has to be stored somewhere, otherwise how would Photoshop load these new action perimeters every time the program loads? So what do I look for the recover the modified "actions"?

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5.1\Presets\Actions

Bingo. You rock. I owe you a beer! :thumbsup

While using Photoshop for many years, I was entirely self taught and knew nothing about Actions until it came time for me to start running batches to add the logo onto pics I shot for my first site. A guy I happened to talk a lot with back then emailed over his Actions set, and while flawed in my (now) more experienced eyes, it was a great introduction to how Actions work. I almost entirely (as I became more accustomed to recording my own macros) dismantled his set and replaced it with a LOT of fine tuning of my own to get the results I wanted. That took a lot of time to get it all working into a Actions build that suited me. Upon seeing the original build of his loading again after re-installing, I shuddered. :1orglaugh

All back and working perfect.

THANK YOU :bowdown :bowdown :bowdownHOLOGRAPH!!!!! :thumbsup :thumbsup
