Im not looking for screen capture + powerpoint, I want something a bit more professional. Any idea?

there HAS to be an easier way to do this. I see 1,000's of these all the time and can't believe it requires someone with that much skill to make these

you can probably make something close to that all in flash but its still gonna be a bitch lol.
