from torrents and paysite-rip sites, where else?

I already knew they were using stolen content, but how come all of the big porn makers didn't take down the big tube sites yet for stealing their content?

DMCA a video, they take it down and another "user" uploads the same thing a day later

Most of these big tube sites have illegal content that are taken down once in a while, but some of these big tube sites own the paysites that they get there videos from.
