They are writing finite algorithms for an infinite amount of data. The only outcome is suck.

It's called personalized search if you're logged in to Google. You can switch to global search results if you click the world icon. We're getting to a point where search results will be different for everyone.

Forget finding anything relevant to coding stuff on the first three pages. Apparently the only things G deems valuable enough are forum threads full of people bickering over whether a question is in the right category and no answer.
The good site with actual answers probably made the mortal sin of having a duplicate title on a paginated page somewhere.
