As here, and in many other Forums as well, Webmasters sell/buy Backlings, I just wanted to ask, how a reasonable Price is calculated?

Is there any Guideline for this?
GooglePR? Alexa? Visitors? Niche?

One time Fee? Annualy? Monthly Payment......?
