Payoneer does local bank transfers in 220 countries now

Local bank transfers are now available through Payoneer!

The Payoneer Local Bank Transfer Service allows our users to receive their payments directly to their local bank accounts in their local currencies at a very competitive fee.

We transfer money to 220 countries with rates starting from $5.95.
Price varies according to the paying partner and your country. You can see your pricing and fees on the service sign up page.
View a complete list of countries and currencies here.

Local bank transfers service benefits

* Faster than wire transfers and checks and more
* Funds are loaded directly to your local bank account in your local currency
* Cheaper than wires
* One time setup of account details
* No maintenance fees

How do I sign up?

To sign up for this service, go to the Payoneer Sign Up page from your paying partner account and look for the Worldwide Bank Transfer Service that is located under the prepaid card sign up. Select your country and you will be directed to the Local Bank transfers service sign up.

* Account holders can sign up for Payoneer prepaid debit MasterCard OR Local Bank Transfers
The Payoneer signup page disappeared from my payment partner account (sponsor) once my Payoneer account was created, so how does one sign up to this? And does it only work for payments received from the payment partner that opened the account?

So if you already have the mastercard you can't signup for this.

Move along, nothing to see here.

Hi!

You can only have either the card or the bank service, but we can convert your account into the bank transfer instead of the card if you'd like. It needs to be done through our support team since it's changing your account completely, but if you open a ticket and either post your ticket ID here or email me it to me directly, I will make sure you're taken care of quickly.

Also, please note it depends on your sponsor if they enable it, but if they do - we can switch your account.

Why is it so complicated to have the bank transfer and the card? I'm sure sooner or later you gonna offer that anyway because others (paxum etc) will do so.

I would only be interested if it was possible to have both, so no thanks.

And that is key problem at payoneer-they have extremely bureaucratic behavior.

Why can't we have both? Can we open 2 accounts? 1 for the card, the other for the bank transfers?

We aren't an ewallet, so we can't offer the same options in the same way. We aren't trying to be an ewallet either. If we would have you tranfer payments into an ewallet and then give you multiple withdrawal options, then it would make sense and we would have both options for the same account. When you request a bank transfer, it doesn't stop anywhere along the way in your Payoneer account, so to speak, like it would if we were an ewallet. The sponsor sends a payment and the moment we know what you are supposed to be sent, it's sent directly to your bank account. If the payment is for a card, it's automatically loaded to your card - you don't transfer it from a virtual-type ewallet to your card.

Yes, you can have two separate accounts and you can have one for this and one for the other. But they would be under different email addresses.

OK. Thank you.
