We have pretty good connection here but maybe not cheap like where you live. A 100mbps will cost around $220.

yes connection is good in Sao Paulo, agreed is not cheap, but is normal for Brazil, u get cheap caipirinhas and cheap fruits :thumbsup

How it's cheap ? is it symetric ? even if it's so I can buy that for $22 in Ukraine, not for $220 and we have similar economies, Brazil even richer!

It depends on the city. I can have good fast internet including cable for about 50 USD / 130 reais. But a city 60 kilometres form here connection is bad and internet can be down every hour. www.oi.com.br is my provider.
