Buying content. Question?
 

I am considering buying some content for an online store. Wondering if anyone knows what this limitation means:

"You cannot re-sell the purchased content in specialized content stores."

I sent an email to the site owner and awaiting their reply. But perhaps a few of you know how to interpret it.

Does this mean that I cannot resell it as content to other webmasters?
Or does it mean that I cannot offer the content I buy to surfers at resale?

You can't resell it to other webmasters, as in make your own content store.

U can't resell to other webmasters,that's it!

Today most will take a reasonable offer for the resale rights. Say 5 times the price of the price to sell to surfers.
