what you guys are using ?

some cheap but good for organizing pics in bulk.,

are there only pics cms or membership sites solutions ?

Sounds like you want the Lite version of aWiz but get the Deluxe version.

Just use wordpress and plugins or Coppermine, if you are trying save money :thumbsup

Since you're looking for something free or low cost you may be able to get away with using a site using a simple gallery script to build the pages. WordPress is also a good free option.
