Best Coding/Programming company?
 

Well I am looking to start a new project in mainstream, but I do not have the time and the knowledge to code it all myself, so I would be interested in hiring a company to do the job for me.

Do you guys know/recommend any good coding and programming company who would get the job done?

I may as well just think of hiring a freelancer on some of these sites, but they are all indians who can't code well.

I am going to pay up-to 20000$ to get the job done.
