Advice needed on acquiring / purchasing a domain from a owner?
 

I'm interested in a domain that is just being parked. The domain has been dropped 4 times, and I don't see it being a hugely desired domain. But, approaching anyone especially a domain hoarding company they'll jack up the price on a domain that is probably worth $8-50 to $5,000-10k. How bad do I want it, no too bad i'm willing to wait to see if they drop it or I can find something else. still i'd like to know the best way to approach a situation like this.

If you're willing to wait, just backorder it at namejet and snapnames and wait for it to drop again.

You're asking this question without first asking them how much they want for it? lol
