I have always been shocked that Adobe does not auto save every 15 minutes. Heck even Gmail does this. Back in highschool the stupid cad cam programs for drafting would auto save every 15 minutes. This was back in 88 and on apple green screens, lol.

It looks like you learned a valuable lesson. It does suck, but next time be sure to continually save your work.

Just fyi, it probably could have been restoted, but it might take a couple of hours. Just so you know if you ever lose something super important. You can dump the contents of RAM and the swap file and yarrow most anything that has been loaded recently. That level of geekiness has saved my butt more than once.

There is a plugin that auto saves every minute. You should get it. And then really wonder why Adobe hasn't implemented autosave.
