My sales are picking up today after MegaUpload was shut down
 

It could just be a coincidence but I'll take it. I bet some of those links are now dead so the surfers are more apt to buy from the real site. Especially where backup hosts weren't provided on the forum which posted the links. Also maybe some surfers are scared to use these types of places thinking someone like the government might come after them. What about you? Any change in sales this morning and last night?

MegaUpload being shut down seems to have had no effect on my sales. :(

Actually I just checked and i did have quite a bit more sales yesterday then normal off the same traffic.

Our sales are up too. By not much, but still.

Hardly a coincidence - when xvideos went dead about a year ago, our sales improved too, and went back to "normal" immediatly after xvideos was back online. There's definitely a connection.

No effect here,not sure how did they got any traffic considering i never saw in serps rankings for anything.Also kind a weird how they target megaupload yet some much bigger fishes still swimming.

if you stopped all piracy sites over night the impact on sales would be negligible, imho.
