Alot of people here do cyprus corp because it's not taxed double in the EU that way.
|
In Hungary, you can have an LLC with 2000$ of starting capital, and it is enough that you promise that you'll pay that up in 180 days (noone will check it honestly...) . Administration at a lawyer is not more than 100$ or so. Google it :)

Who can handle this in Cyprus?
|
I don't think you need starting capital for Germany anymore. All the outdated sites talk about the Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (Gmbh) but Germany now has a new type of LLC dubbed UG or Unternehmergesellschaf. 1 euro share capital required.
Details here: http://www.germanlawjournal.com/pdfs...es_Schmidt.pdf Cyprus seems best, 10% corp tax (none for non-residents). |
Look for the country with the lowest VAT rates if you are doing any kind of sales to european customers
|
germany has ridiculous laws for porn, forget it
slovakia has low tax rates and the euro - which is a good thing even if many dont understand it cyprus seems popular for tax evasion estonia is pretty high tech - see Skype headquarters |

Also, to get an account in a decent bank, you need to be incorporated in a decent country, not some bumfuck islands. :2 cents: |

nowadays i'd probably prefer Slovakia for incorporation though - because of the lower taxes and the Euro and incorporation is not that difficult as long as you get a local tax accountant and give him the authority to do everything for you |
Corp
Oddly enough, in Kansas, the state against sex., they don't ask what business you're in.
Incorporation is $95 Annual report $45 US & KS tax are reasonable Kansas never asks what your business is. |

Cyprus or Malta
You can call the company called Panlegis. They can help you with all the details, all the correct filings and you get someone to ask during the process. Not the cheapest but definitely deliver correctly setup companies, with all proper registrations and paperwork - which is always nice to have, should the day come when somebody from the authorities come knocking on your door. |

UK setup fees are low, you can have a limited company with only 100 shares of Ł1 each. You need a lawyer or someone as a secretary who is a resident there.
I have a holding company in the UK and payed around Ł500 to get it setup and pay a yearly fee of Ł250 for all services needed to run it. Just note that this company doesn't really have any activity other than it owns other UK companies. But it's still a hell of a lot cheaper than my DK companies where you need to put down Ł8000 in starting capital to get a "Ltd." |

Forget about Slovakia at the moment, there will be new elections next month and it's pretty sure that the socialist party will win (those guy really hate the 'bad-bad' capitalists), so it seems like some taxes will go up, especially for people who earn a little more..

I have indeed had multiple companies setup by Panlegis and it has worked just fine every time. They do nickle and dime you for everything, so one have to be really clear of what you want and need - they are not your advisor - they are sales people. But they happen to know their stuff and I have setup mostly mainstream companies in over 10 Europpean countries with them. But if people say they are scammers, no need to use them - find another provider and while at it, the jokes on me tonight if I got scammed. I've always thought I paid rather hefty fees, but all documents have always been accepted by authorities in all different countries, bank accounts have indeed been started and are live and functioning as of today. I don't know, maybe I was just lucky? |
If you are not a US resident or do not have permanent residency in the USA I highly recommend Wyoming.
Hard to find better conditions anywhere in the world. This goes for Non-US citizens but still who would have thought that the country with the 2nd largest tax rate in the world would also be a tax paradise? :) |
