im getting a bunch free joins on one of my sites but little actualy $$

whats the best way I can turn that into $$$$

email them with offers etc?

Try emailing with offers that are below the join cost, if there are free and paid sign ups? "Wait, sign up now and pay only 19.99 instead of the usual 39.99". That's what I'd try first. Most people love to go shopping when there's sales, so I'd try that angle first.

Use them to build reputation for an email list by offering something for their confirmation of email subscriptions. Build a white listed email campaign. Profit.
