Another Obama bankrolled Gr$$n company bites the dust
Obama-backed electric car battery-maker files for bankruptcy
An Indiana-based energy-storage company, whose subsidiary received a $118.5 million stimulus grant from the Energy Department, filed for bankruptcy Thursday. http://thehill.com/blogs/e2-wire/e2-...for-bankruptcy |
You never quit, do you?
|
I think he should quit as soon as the government quits bailing out private business...
...any party, ....any business. . |
More of the same. No different than Halliburton overcharging for defense contracts.
People just selectively choose which administration they want to call out for essentially the same thing. |

All other options are clearly radical! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/0...n_1231783.html |

I'm not saying there isn't some funny business going on because I don't know...
And I don't watch Bill Maher but one night he was on in the background and they were talking about the first company that went bankrupt and made a good point... Somebody has to invest in these new technologies because if the market isn't now, then China will get in and rob us of more. Of course my rebuttal to that is we will spend to invest it and then they will rip us off. So I don't know how I feel about the government investing in new technology. We owe them one for the Internet though. |
Unless Obama owns stock in the company like Cheney owns stock in Halliburton who gives a fuck.
|
Misleading thread title. Obama didn't bankroll all of these failed companies.
He forced each of us to bankroll them, because he knows we have nothing better to do with our money. This in exchange for them bankrolling him. Money goes from us to his cronies, then from the cronies to his campaign fund. |

if you wach "who killed electric car" you learn weve had electric cars for 100 years LOL
Ford just didnt want them nor do the current tyrants. too much money in gas to allow us cars that run on alternative fuel. seriously, OPEN EYES. elec cars are 100 years old. anyone seen that old scientist that claimed the battery makers were not going forward with his tenchology on PURPOSE? he is dead now but was making elec batteries for cars that were beyond anything out... of course unless you search youll never know because car makers spend millions every year to twell you elec cars are not good.... as ad maker ive looked at ads for elec cars etc..., and the ads have been designed to make the car look girly and not powerful and its done ON PURPOSE. as i said, watch WHO KILLED THE ELECTRIC CAR, they show how they market things to fail on purpose. and elec cars are one of them... so if we cant get cars how you expect battery company to stay alive? |

the problem with those batteries is the carbon foot print out weighs the benefit of using it. And I see the administration is still pushing for more green energy
