i am using http://piwik.org/ it's like analytics, u just host it on your serv and can add as much sites as you wish under one account ;), and have a lot of features..

Using Piwik too, it seems real good and I don't feel like I am giving all my business plans to google. (although I am sure they know as much as they want to know about me)

Some Italian guy did, last I talked to him about a year and a half ago. He might have sold it in the mean time though.
