To help Oron get rid of their credit card processors, follow the steps below:

1 - buy a premium account with your cc

2 - ask your bank for a chargeback on grounds of "false advertisement"

3 - explain to the bank that Oron promised "unlimited downloads" for premium
customers while the download capacity is actually limited. When you exceed
the dl limit (12GB/day IIRC), the dl ability is suspended for up to three
days, and Oron offers you to buy a 2nd or 3rd premium account. This limit is
mentioned nowhere before you actually signed up.

The more chargebacks, the sooner Oron will exceed the chargeback ratio set
by Visa/Master. This will result in an automatic termination of their
accounts.

This method is preferred over content-based complaints, the "false advertisement" argument is much easier to understand for the average banker.

"How much can I download?
Free users can download up to 10000 Mb within 3 days. Premium users can download 20000 Mb within 3 days utilizing maximum available speed. If you are a Premium user, but 20000 Mb over 3 days is to low of a limit for you, you can always create another Premium account and keep downloading."

Without paypal payments Oron are as good as dead.

It's a pain in the arse to chargeback on digital products in the UK. You have to say your card was used fraudulently.
