Looks like granny got a lucky break there. Fucking American cops, can't do the right thing even by doing the right thing when getting pulled over.
First words out of your mouth, "Officer I have a licensed concealed weapon" and all they hear is "weapon" = you get shot in the face and your death video gets posted on LiveLeak.
Don't say anything, just hand over your driving license and the concealed weapon permit together = you get shot in the face for not verbally notifying the officer of your weapon immediately, and your death video gets posted on LiveLeak.
Thank fuck that Japanese police are pussies. They may be bumbling fucking idiots and on a par with the worst 3rd world shitholes as far as high-level corruption goes, but weapons? They might as well carry bananas, because their guns will just not leave the holster. Once you're in custody you're fucked, but as long as you can get away you're good, they won't draw their weapons and won't shoot.
Can't find the link right now but I remember reading a story not too long ago about a guy who was approached by 2 cops. He got mouthy and they called for backup. In the end he was surrounded by 8 of them. Suddenly he pulled out a knife and managed to stab 6 of them before being wrestled to the ground. Since all Jap cops are armed with handguns, I have to ask... How. The. Fuck??! 1, I can understand, 2, maybe. But 6?
Here's another one I could find the link for... 2 dozy Jap cops get taken down by a senile old drunk, no details on how he was detained but I'd bet my right ball that their handguns never left their holsters:
