Got a new Family member today
 

We have been looking for a while and finally struck a deal on this baby today. We will be bringing her home this week....can't wait to hit the road!! She will need a little work inside that we want to do, but overall, she is ready to go.
It's a 1960, has stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher, gen air stove, convection micro, full size tub with shower, toilet......pretty much everything we need.

Back in college, my fraternity used to rent a Winnebago RV to go from Berkeley to LA whenever the Bears are playing the Trojans or the Bruins (depending on the year). It was TOTAL MAYHEM! And tons of fun. 20 dudes with several kegs in the bag and puke all over the place!

Well, I will say these go anywhere from 12K to 25K depending on what has been done to it. We did get this for less than 12K. :winkwink:

It is an ex greyhound coach, a bit different than the average greyhound bus of that era.

No doubt we looked at tons of crap during the search. We have our spartan up for sale now and I am sure it will go quick...had allot of calls about it already.

No doubt, we will be having a few parties in this thing.

I know you are a ford fan, did you get something like a 49 ford pickup? I love those old Ford truck body styles with the fat front fenders. I think those were the 49, not sure.

If you look around, there are plenty of buses. You just need to keep looking and wait until someone is hurting for money and that is when you can usually strike a good deal.
