My youngest used to love watching the WWE. Smackdown, Raw, the PPV events on Sky and we even went to see the live shows a couple of times at the 02 (big UK venue). Then literally over night, he just suddenly stopped liking it and now spends far too long on his Xbox!

We have a crate of wrestling characters still (probably about 200 of them gathering dust!).

Bad show so far. Kane vs Cena was crap.

How can a fight be good if it is already scripted who is going to win?

It's a performance is how. It requires the two people in the ring to be able to "dance" together and tell a story.

I thought the "fight" in Rocky was awesome too. Why can't you just suspend your disbelief and enjoy the story lines and the action in the ring...just like you do when you see any movie at the theater or watch any television show or even go to the circus and see the acrobats?

:thumbsup I'm not really into wrestling but even though the matches are scripted...it does take skill to do what they do and you can really tell if a wrestler is good by watching the way they perform (specially if they can carry a shit wrestler through a match and make it look good).
