Nubia Del Carmen Plaza has alleged that she was struck by the star's rented Maserati as she crossed the road at an intersection in West Hollywood in September 2010.

However, in a statement to E! Online, Lindsay's rep Steven Honig said: "To the best of my knowledge, neither Lindsay nor her attorneys have been served with a lawsuit, so we really can't comment on something that hasn't been served through the proper channels,"

"People like to do this?give lawsuits to the media before they serve it to Lindsay."
