Drupal has a bit of a learning curve, but it's pretty barebones and you add as you go.

I don't want learning curves. I want to add photos, videos and place it on my site.

It can be set to run countless sites, feed in information at the touch of a button, if you already have it, SEO, timed publication, the sectors can be changed easily and lots of other things. also not too expensive.
