How many promo galleries should I release each week?

Guys,

I built and own femme-erotique.net. I'll be officially marketing that soon after I work out some kinks.

I managed to pull in a TON of content, as you can see, for almost 20 different web sites. Believe it or not, I actually pulled in all past promo galleries for every site.

I've been thinking: MetArt, FEMJOY, Watch4beauty, etc.--all those sites release a lot of content each week. MetArt, for instance, releases a whopping 24 new promo galleries each week. How on earth do they produce conversions when they're giving so much away for free?

Do you guys think I should release all 24 of MetArt's promo galleries on my site each week, on top of all the other galleries from all the other providers? I mean hell, if doing so doesn't produce high conversions, at the very least I'll have a high-traffic site since it will pretty much be the definitive source for promo galleries :p

Note that I do only feature one gallery per day on the home page.

Curious on you guys' thoughts.

Personally, I'd rather have a handful of high quality well converting galleries than 1000 generic, thoughtless, and over exposed galleries. I don't think many programs spend time testing their galleries to find what actually converts, and just pump out as much shit as possible so lazy webmasters don't have to do much work.

If I was in your shoes, I'd A/B test my galleries and find the absolute best ones. Find the pics that are being clicked the most. Tweak and re-tweak them until they are great. You will probably put out less, but what you put out will be of more quality and probably convert better. The alternative is to throw a bunch of shit on a wall and see what sticks. You may also want to spend some time trying to find quality webmasters who only ask for member access to build their own tools. Many of these guys end up being solid affiliates. They ask for little and usually produce much more than the affiliates who ask for a lot.

The more I think about this, the more I like it. Not a bad idea at all. Thanks man!

Plus, A/B testing will be another resume item ;-)
