FYI: The last 4 digits of your card number from Payoneer are required to identify you if you contact us, so you may not want to show that part. You should never provide your card information to anyone - even Payoneer will never ask you to show us the number of your card.

Only when it deals with the security of our cardholders. If you want to switch - switch - but if you give out your card information and anything is stolen, that becomes our business. Once you sign up, Redpass has the same info that we have and if they also have your four digits, anyone with access to that info can contact our support team in your name. People use the same secure questions, etc. and same information, so it shouldn't be hard. You can take the risk if you'd like, I just want to make sure people know the risks of sending their card numbers to people, even parts of them.

Shady or not that redpass wants 10 out of 16 digits from our other cards?

Why do we need to provide the card number ?

To ensure you actually own the card /account and to prevent people submitting the same cards for multiple accounts.
Zombaio process thousand and thousands of credit card transactions every day and if someone think that we will compromise their Payoneer/Paxum account and risk losing our core business than they are free to not take us up on our offer.
We ask for a partial card number and no CVV2 which means there are 10^6*1000 = 1 billion different combinations of guessing the card number and CVV2.

We are not related in any way but its the two biggest companies with a payroll solution for the adult industry and we want to be the best and we will go a long way to be number 1 because we have the best and cheapest product.

Pity it took as long as it did for enough competing services to appear... If these had come along earlier then a lot fewer people would've lost money with ecrapport.

So then no one should ever use their cards if getting some of the numbers is a huge security risk. Every transaction made tracks the card number, especially those made offline.

How about using a different way to identity clients if you know this is such a security risk?

It's only one measure, but you really shouldn't take a chance. It's up to you, of course. I have already given our recommendations to keep your accounts safe.

Redpass don't ask for expiry, cvv nor the whole card number, just a part to verify for the promotion offer which makes sense. :thumbsup

What if my account is pending verification for a quite a long time now (maybe my cell was not verified correctly now it is fixed) and I'm not able to upload anything? Any solution for that? :)

They want your card digits simply because all Paxum, Payoneer, Redpass cards are from the same bank - I believe they will simply be able to identify you via these 4 or 6 digits, that's it.

The only time we will not be cheaper than our competitors is if you only withdraw USD from a ATM and never use your card online or in shops.
