Hospital clothes turns him on I guess.

He might have to run out to perform surgery at any time

for the same reason why I show up at a gynecology clinic wearing hospital clothes.

He wants RESPECT but he doesn't realize that he is a minor television celebrity and he needs to start dressing more like Dr. Phil if he wants respect in this industry?

So you know he's a doctor from the instance you see him :)

Because he's probably going to whip out a diseased organ (thats what she said) to prove you should eat walnuts or something.

Wearing his scrubs give him some sort of odd credibility.
