You need to check your email spam folder, or look at your email closer, I've replied to every one of your emails over the last week, repeatedly telling you that I extended the deadline out past what you requested to help you out during this trying time. In all the years you've hosted with us, we have always worked through the ups and downs with you, it's no different this time.

You can log into the client portal or the web based help desk to view the tickets if your gmail account is having issues. If you lost your PW you can always reset it from the login page.

It's not a fake post, he's going through a tough time. :(
