If you speak out against the US Gov. strong enough they can easily label you as an enemy of the state and a threat to National Security. You would not even have to be an ACTUAL terrorist. All the US Gov has to do is just SAY that you are, and therefor in their eyes you will be a terrorist that needs to be executed on the spot.
