Additional Designer Needed
 

We have a ton of projects and sites being developed right now with Konrad, among others. Our current designer is overwhelmed and we need someone else to step up and take over some work.

First on tap, a membership site, custom PHP, that needs main/profile/browse pages done. These have to be completed, so that Konrad can complete version 2.0 of this site. He needs to get the design elements in place, and we need this done immediately. It is holding up this project.

Second on tap, is a Model Mayhem sort of social networking site. The framework is being completed now, and soon we will need the design elements so that the developer can complete their work. They can handle the basics to a point, but then need to get the design and visual aspects in place.

If you want to work on a per project basis, that's fine. If you are NOT overwhelmed and can work on these things in a timely fashion for a flat fee, and X amount of hours per month. That would also be a consideration. Right now the biggest problem is designers are not keeping up with the developers, and slowing shit down.

* You must have creative design work. Not cookie cutter template stuff.
* You must be able to cut, code, install, CSS/HTML or work with someone who can.
* It would be nice if you know Smarty, PHP, ElevatedX, TGPX, etc..
* You must be available immediately to take on the work. We can't wait 2 weeks.
