I hate the fuckers! When i was in Malta, all you could see in the water was jellyfish everywhere.

Actually watched a programme on tv about them not that long ago, and it was basically about how their numbers are multiplying at an incredible rate, and taking over many parts of oceans and seas that you never used to find them before...

Sometimes when I'm scuba diving, I just happen to notice that I'm often surround by dozens of tiny jellyfish that are so transparent that you can barely see them. I've even tried to take photos of them but it just looks like water in the pics.

A load of beached jelly fish in Wales were turning into water on the sand. As they had been there for a while, already dead. I put one in a plastic bag, to dissect back home. Within an hour, a pool of water lay in the bag, no jellie :2 cents:

I vaguely remember a story a few years ago about a gigantic jellyfish swarm killing off thousands of fish at a fish farm.

Edit: Hm, happened in Northern Ireland. I thought maybe Japan. Ten square miles of jellyfish, 35 feet deep.
