Thoughts on the RAZR?

My dad seems to like his.

Candy had it for two weeks. She didn't like it and ended up taking it back.

the original RAZR sucks ass in terms of battery life. everyone i know that has one complains out the ass about it. The RAZR MAXX is supposed to be incredibly better.

I bought the MAXX the day it came out and traded for an iPhone 4S :winkwink:

You may be in for a surprise on the "buy one get one free" deal.

I bought my kids the DROIDX and tried to get that "buy one get one free" thing a year ago on it.
Guess what? You can only get the second one free IF you have one of the phones on your account that is due for an upgrade! :mad:

So no...you can't just buy one and get another one free. I ended up having to buy two when I thought I'd get that cool 2 for 1 deal. :(

I have it, love it, very fast, great screen, 4g in my home I get 10mps upload and 29 mps download. Battery life is good, but that depends on what you have loaded that eats into your battery.If you have it set to download all contacts and all updates from facebook automatically its going to eat up your battery. Anyone who says the battery life sucks is not very bright. They think you have have a hundred widgets running and pulling all your FB updates and that its not suppose to affect the battery.. I usualy have at least 50% of my battery left at the end of the day.

I have an iPhone 4s on AT*T already, this is for a second phone for me and one for my gf.

How is it compared to an iPhone? All the Android phones are pretty much exactly the same since they all use the same OS right?

None of the phones are the same and at the moment, there are about 5 versions of Android running on current phones out in the wild.

That said, all of the newer high end Androids will make your iPhone 4S cry.

A friend of mine has it, but I prefer the samsung

I've got it for almost 2 months, its pretty nice :thumbsup
