Moe's Lie Detector is a classic.
Homer falling to jump the gorge had me in fucking stitches, and still does. Whoever came up with that is an absolute genius. Also Homer finding a new way to advertise the Bowling Alley in "And Maggie Makes Three". :1orglaugh The early episodes are full of gems. Season 7 at a push, and season 8 is really really fucking pushing it. I was just recently driving my car along one of the busiest routes in Japan, thinking about the bliss of "The Homer". I would've bought it... used, maybe. Fucking bliss. :2 cents: http://i42.tinypic.com/263a8hv.jpg |
and now for my true favorite, as once i remembered this, there was no competition "top of the line in utility sports unexplained fires are a matter for the courts!" :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh |
This whole episode rocks..... i was looking for the part with Flanders when he rings at Homers door and Homer asks him to read from the bibble..... hilarious! |
wtf why doesn't the video play? the url is https://youtube.com/watch?v=XLOXL...eature=related

All good ones |
this stupid fucking cunt is lawrence connor
serial pest and one of the ugliest, self deprecating morons you would ever have the misfortune of laying eyes on |
Actually the funniest Simpsons stuff I have seen is during the queue at Simpsons: The Ride, at universal studios. Very well done and so is the actual ride itself.
|
i couldnt find a good video for it but the scene when they were having the neighborhood yard sale and then the gags went:
disco stud jacket -> disco stu -> doesn't advertise -> table five song -> disco stu dancing so brilliant, thats when the writing for the simpsons was at its peak |
season 7 episode 11 bart steals a video game nelson tells bart :1orglaugh ?Stealing is a victimless crime, like punching someone in the dark?

"That team was the suckiest bunch of sucks who ever sucked. Oh, cant talk now, my damn wiener kids are listening."
In one holloween episode they got in : "mmmmm sugarwalls" and spoke with pride that humans had invented the glory hole. |

From Treehouse of Horror 3.
Homer: Good Eeevening. I've been asked to tell you that the following show is very scary, with stuff that might give your kids nightmares. You see, there are some crybabies out there, religious types mostly, who might be offended. If you are one of them, I advise you to turn off your set now. :1orglaugh |

This is the first I ever saw of The Simpsons...
http://www.220.ro/desene-animate/The...it/tsXP6b1ps9/ It was on a VHS copy of a movie I rented back in, uh... 1989 I think. The Family Portrait. It had us laughing so hard we were in pain. We must have watched it 20 times. |
I haven't watched the Simpsons in 10 years. I used to love it, but I've always been more into Futurama. But I do remember this great part from mid 90's episode where Homer had to drive somewhere really far, and he kept passing these signs for "Flaming Pete's Steak House". When he finally drove by Flaming Pete's, it was burnt to the ground. The buildup and great payoff of that joke had me fucking rolling.

homer was great in this but Raphael is one of my favorite minor characters |
